Resistance to heavy artillery: Low
Primary motivation? Delusions of Godhood
The first location you attack: Rome, Italy
Made by people to hopefully aid in their wars, this monster, called “Kali” after the ancient four armed Goddess, was a horrible failure in more ways than one.
Though she was fast and vicious, and her ability to ice over anything was a great weapon, she grew too intelligent to control. She saw these tiny, weak things that tried to command her, and did not see why she should do anything to protect them. She was the superior being-she should have dominion.
So, she rampaged through the isolated lab that she had been grown in, destroying the underground building utterly and killing all within…except for one lone scientist, who had always gone out of his way to be kind to her and feed her treats as she grew.
When she finally broke free from the prison of the labs, she turned to the first largely populated area she found so she could demonstrate her strength. She iced over streets, freezing people and animals in their tracks, and her spiked forearms ripped through buildings. When the army was called in they found, to their dismay, that she moved too fast to hit.
The old scientist, seeing the destruction his home was suffering at the hands of the monster he had helped create and raise, finally had enough, and called to her, yelling at her to stop through a bullhorn he had grabbed from a nearby soldier. Recognizing the familiar voice, she paused, only for a moment.
It was enough.
The pause in her swift movements gave the military just enough time to hit her with a barrage of missiles and tank fire, revealing her second failing.
Her citinous plating was not strong enough to withstand the assault. In making her so fast, the scientists had made her armor too light to hold up, and she fell with a thunderous crash to the ground, her fireflies light fading.

I always did love a woman with a bioluminescent behind. XP
I rather like it. Bit skinnier than I prefer daikaiju, but for a speed-oriented monster, it makes sense. I see a bit of Shiigan, a bit of Lightning Bug, a bit of that kooky Gigamoth concept art... All in all, it fits together into a rather satisfying insect monster. The color scheme is unusual, but I like it. The vibrant colors work as a sort of threat display venomous animals tend to have.
The knuckle-walking feet are a nice touch. Not very supportive, but for a dominantly airborn creature, it's not a big deal.
